You can setup a webhook on any repository you have on Github in order to automatically attach your commits to specific tasks.
In order to do so, you will need to:
- create an api key in Planless and add the following URL as a webhook on your repository:
- Define the "Content type" of the webhook to "application/json"
- Enable SSL verification
- Select "Just the push event" in the "Which events would you like to trigger this webhook?" section
- Save your webhook
When committing on your repo, insert the task ID in the commit message.
You can find the task ID in the URL when you are on the task details panel of the task.
Your commit message could be something like:
Updating MyClass mapping -LsWwb6WlRU-ARxJwtAH
